NutriNext Thiol

NutriNext Thiol is composed of yeast autolysate with a composition slightly different from that of a standard fermentation activator. This nutrient is richer in sulphur-containing amino acids, such as methionine and cysteine, which the inoculated strain uses as aroma precursors. It performs very well on musts from aromatic grapes, such as Sauvignon and Müller, but will surprise you even more in the fermentation of neutralgrape variaties.
