NextGum Extra

NextGum Extra is a Kordofan arabic gum solution, 30% dry matter. Being rich in long-chain polysaccharides, its sensory effect on softness, roundness and the reduction of astringency and bitterness is truly remarkable. It has a clogging effect on final filter cartridges and should be added to the wine when no further microfiltration is planned. To allow this type of addition, NextGum Extra is already filtered through sterile filtration.
