TanNext MCX is composed exclusively of condensed tannins from grape skins, grape seeds and quebracho wood. Condensed tannins, also known as procyanidin tannins, react directly with the polyphenols in must and wine, taking part in polymerisation and colour fixation. Since this preparation contains no ellagic component, it is free from oak notes, enhances red fruit notes and has no bitter notes.
