After extracting grape seed tannins using water, through a specific membrane process we select medium-low molecular weight tannins, corresponding to the fraction of less polymerised tannins. In simple terms, TanNext Grape Seed is highly reactive towards wine polyphenols, promoting polymerisation and colour stability, and towards oxygen, providing strong antioxidant action.
