It is produced from American oak, Quercus alba, seasoned and fire-toasted. It stands out for its surprising harmony between strong aromatic intensity of vanilla and chocolate, delicate notes of coconut and hazelnut, and beautiful elegance on the palate. Just a few grams are enough to achieve an extraordinary effect in white, red and rosé wines.
