TanNext CT is a blend of ellagic tannins characterised by a delicate citrus aroma, combined with a small amount of white grape skin tannin. The result in wines is an intensification of citrus aromas, together with a taste perception of roundness and elegance. Very suitable for processing sparkling base wines and finished sparkling wines, increasing their freshness and drinkability.
