NutriPure YAL is a pure autolysate of oenological yeast.

Being based on Saccharomyces cerevisiae, its free amino acid composition is identical to that of yeast during fermentation. In this way, the richness of approximately 12% amino acids, 120 g per kg of product, is readily used by the selected strain to conduct fermentation. What does YAL mean? It is the term used by the yeast industry: Yeast AutoLysate.
