NextProtection Grape is a formulation that can be dry-dispersed directly onto grapes during harvesting or transport to the winery. It contains SO₂, ascorbic acid, a small fraction of gall tannin and semi-inert substances, bentonite and silica. During crushing, homogenisation is completed and the crushed grapes are also protected.
