Next Libra White

Next Libra White is mainly composed of a yeast derivative naturally rich in reduced glutathione, with strong antioxidant and stabilizing action, specifically developed for the preservation of white wines. The product contains a small amount of natural polysaccharide extracted from white grape skins. Libra White protects aromas, extends wine longevity and allows a significant reduction in SO₂ dosage. It extends taste persistence and increases sapidity. Useful for still, semi-sparkling and sparkling wines.
