MannoNext White is a specific yeast strain derivative which naturally contains high levels of reduced glutathione, GSH: the molecule able to block the chemical oxidation of wine and it’s aromatic compounds. Suitable for use during crushing, vinification and ageing of white and rosé wines. It is also useful for extending the shelf life of sparkling wines when applied during secondary fermentation.
