FermiNext Super Red

FermiNext Super Red is a  robust strain that reaches alcoholic levels  up to 19–20°. Fast, regular fermentation even at high temperatures. The production of secondary aromas is limited, ensuring maximum respect for varietal character. Recommended for the production of full-bodied, structured red wines and for all fermentations under extreme conditions: high temperature, high osmotic pressure, dried grapes, and more.
