REVERSE OSMOSIS NextSep®
Vinext’s Engineering Division offers a range of systems using osmotic membrane separation processes for oenological and food applications. Depending on the type of membrane used in the different systems produced by Vinext, process applications for oenological use vary from separation to concentration through reverse osmosis or nanofiltration.
NextSep® systems cover a wide capacity range to meet the needs of the beverage and food sectors.
The models can be equipped with 4 to 36 modules, providing an extracted permeate flow rate of 200–4,000 L/h. Each system operates with low energy consumption and at temperatures close to 0 °C. NextSep® reverse osmosis units feature PLC-managed control and alarm systems, along with an intuitive HMI interface. All stages—including concentration and washing—are performed safely, minimizing the need for operator intervention.
In must processing, NextSep® can replace traditional concentrators, such as cold vacuum concentrators, obtaining a concentrate with excellent organoleptic characteristics up to 30–32°Brix, without altering the original product and with significantly lower costs.
