To place an order in the Polygreen ecommerce section, the user must:

• confirm the order

The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation via e-mail.

The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders in case of: product unavailability, incomplete or incorrect data, and payment issues.

All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Shipping costs are indicated before the confirmation of the order.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer shall have jurisdiction (for online purchases in the Polygreen Ecommerce section); for B2B relationships, the Court of Verona shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of law. The application of the 1980 Vienna Convention (CISG) is excluded.
